We are about to sing Aulde Lange Syne once again. What better way to start the New Year during a New Moon – new beginnings. Take time to write out what you want to manifest in the coming year. What habits do you want to let go of? What new and exciting ideas can you implement into your life? Are you living your life to your fullest potential? If you don’t believe in what you’re doing anymore, it just maybe time for a change.

During the winter months there can be a tendency for some of us to want to hibernate like the bears shutting ourselves in our warm cozy dens, but it tis the season for giving. Try reaching out to someone with a random act of kindness and let the reward come back tenfold.
